利用規約（日本語）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、SiteFeed（以下「当サービス」といいます）が提供するInstagram表示サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意の上、本サービスをご利用いただきます。
第1条（サービス内容）
当サービスは、Meta社が提供するInstagram Graph APIを利用し、利用者のInstagramビジネスアカウントから投稿情報を取得し、利用者のウェブサイト上に表示する機能を提供します。
第2条（利用条件）
利用者は、InstagramビジネスアカウントおよびFacebookページを保有し、Meta社の定める利用条件に従う必要があります。また、当サービスに対しOAuthによる認可を行うことで本サービスが利用可能となります。
第3条（禁止事項）
- 第三者のInstagramアカウントを無断で接続する行為
- 不正目的での本サービス利用
- 当サービスまたはMeta社APIへの不正アクセス、改ざん等
第4条（サービスの一時停止・中止）
Meta APIの変更や当社判断により、事前通知なく本サービスの提供を一時停止または終了する場合があります。
第5条（免責事項）
本サービスの利用によって生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（知的財産権）
Instagram投稿を含む表示コンテンツの権利は、各権利者に帰属します。
第7条（規約の変更）
本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の規約はWebサイト上で告知します。

Terms of Service (English)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Instagram feed display service (“the Service”) provided by SiteFeed (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service, the user (“you” or “the Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
The Service uses the Instagram Graph API provided by Meta to retrieve and display posts from your Instagram Business Account on your own website.
2. Requirements for Use
You must have an Instagram Business Account and a connected Facebook Page. OAuth authorization is required to enable use of the Service.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized access to third-party Instagram accounts
- Using the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Tampering with or reverse-engineering the Service or Meta’s APIs
4. Suspension or Termination
The Service may be suspended or terminated without notice due to API changes, security concerns, or at our discretion.
5. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damages caused by use of the Service or the accuracy of displayed content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content displayed via the Service belongs to the original rights holders. Do not reuse without permission.
7. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms without notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.
